Switch without starting over

Bring your history with you

Export from the app you use today, upload the file, and see exactly what will be added before anything is saved.

Nothing is written until you approve it

An upload produces a preview, not a write: how many sessions, food logs, measurements or lab markers the file holds, the date range they cover, which names matched automatically, and which need a decision from you. You approve that, and only then are rows added.

If a day already has an entry you made yourself, your own entry wins and the imported row is skipped. The skip is counted and shown to you, because dropping data without saying so is nearly as bad as overwriting it.

What imported data counts for

Your history, personal records, charts and analytics come with you. Ranks, XP and achievements are earned here, so imported sessions never move them.

Ranks, XP, achievements, streaks and leaderboards are driven only by what you log here, so nobody can arrive at the top of a board with a spreadsheet. Your history, personal records, charts, analytics and calorie-target maths all use imported data from day one.

Undo is a button, not a support ticket

Every row an import writes is stamped with that import, so one button removes all of it and leaves anything you logged yourself untouched.

Re-importing later is safe too. Upload a newer export of the same app and the rows you already have are skipped rather than duplicated, so you only gain what is new.
