Every marker, flagged and trended

Log a full panel (testosterone total and free, estradiol, hematocrit, hemoglobin, the lipid panel, liver enzymes, thyroid markers, glucose, HbA1c, and more) and each value is stored with its unit and a flag read off a reference range: low, normal, high, or critical, with separate ranges for male and female physiology where they differ.

Every marker gets its own trend chart. The point isn't a single reading; it's watching a marker move across four panels instead of remembering what last quarter's number was. What a marker means next to what you logged

A marker outside its range surfaces on your dashboard with the flag and a comparison to your previous reading. For a defined set of nutrition-relevant markers (iron status, vitamin D, B12, folate, magnesium, and the lipid panel's dietary levers) that flag is shown next to your logged intake of the matching nutrient, so a low ferritin reading and three months of under-target iron intake sit on the same screen instead of two.

That comparison is stated as "coincided with," never as "caused." Nothing here diagnoses a deficiency, and no supplement is ever framed as the fix for a lab value. Critical markers always point to a clinician and are never paired with an intake suggestion. If your logging coverage for a marker's matching nutrient is too thin to say anything honest, the page says so instead of drawing a confident line from noise.

You can opt a nutrient into your meal plan explicitly ("help me raise my iron"), and the meal planner leans toward foods rich in it within your existing macro targets. That instruction is always yours to give. It's never inferred from a lab result on its own.

A biological age score, computed from markers you already logged

Training never has a marker rewrite a program, but a flagged marker and a stall or a fatigue trend showing up in your logged sets at the same time gives you and a coach real context for what's happening, instead of two unrelated screens. Upkeep is where genetics lives: vitamin D, ferritin, transferrin saturation, and tTG-IgA are the exact markers a stored genotype pairs against, when you choose to use that feature, so a curated genetic association never shows up without your own measured evidence beside it; Upkeep's medication log can also explain a marker's movement, like a liver enzyme shifting the same month a new prescription started.

When that relationship ends, their access ends with it. Your history stays with you.

Is bloodwork tracking medical advice?
No. MuscleBuddy stores your readings and flags values outside the reference range so you can see the trend. It does not diagnose anything and does not prescribe anything. Take flagged readings to a qualified clinician.
Which markers can I track?
The standard panels: lipids (HDL, LDL, triglycerides), thyroid (TSH, T3, T4), sex hormones (total and free testosterone, estradiol), liver enzymes (ALT, AST), glucose and HbA1c, hematocrit and hemoglobin, iron status, and more, each with its own reference range.
What does "coincided with" mean on the nutrition comparison?
It means exactly that and nothing stronger. When a marker and your logged intake of a related nutrient are shown together, the copy states they coincided, never that one caused the other, and a critical marker is never paired with a suggestion at all.
How is the biological age score calculated?
With PhenoAge, a published formula computed from bloodwork you've already logged. It's an estimate over your own data, not a diagnosis, and it needs a specific set of markers logged before it can compute at all.
Can I upload my lab report instead of typing values in?
You can do both. Upload the PDF for your own record and enter the individual values so they're trended and flagged like everything else. The document stays attached to that panel entry.
