What happens next

Every message lands in the same queue our own bug reports do, and a person reads it. A defect somebody outside the team reports is reproduced before anyone starts work on it, so the first thing that happens to a bug report is that we try to make it happen ourselves.

We do not promise a response time. If you left an email address, we reply when there is something to say.

About the email address

The email field is optional. Leave it blank and we still read what you wrote; we just have no way to answer.

If you do give it, we use it for one thing: replying to you about this message. It is stored with your message, it is never added to a mailing list, and it is never used to advertise anything to you. You can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to garrett@garrettmakesit.com. The Privacy Policy covers it under "Information we collect".

Whatever you type is automatically scrubbed of anything that looks like a password, a key or a link token before it is stored, so please still do not paste a password or a payment detail into the form.

Other things you might be looking for

To delete your account without signing in, use the account deletion page. To report a security vulnerability, the Privacy Policy and our security.txt name the disclosure address. If you are signed in, the feedback button inside the app attaches the page you were on and the recent errors from your browser, which makes a bug report much easier to act on.
