Watch: MuscleBuddy in under a minute
A 42-second tour of MuscleBuddy: how it builds a split from the equipment you own, picks your working weights, and moves them when your logged sets earn it.
What the video shows
The tour opens on onboarding, where the split is generated from three answers: the goal, the training history, and the equipment actually available. It then follows one session through the logger, where each set arrives with a target load and the reason for it.
It closes on the adjustment: clear your prescribed reps and the next session asks for more, miss them and it backs off. Nothing in the video is a mockup; every screen is the running app.
Captions and transcript
Both cuts ship an English WebVTT caption track, on by default. The captions carry the full narration, so the video can be followed with the sound off.
Two cuts, one video
The same 42 seconds is rendered twice: portrait for a phone, landscape for a laptop. Your browser is shown whichever fits your screen. They are the same narration and the same footage, framed differently, so there is nothing to choose between them.
Start with the split the video builds
Onboarding asks the same three questions the video opens on, and the first session is generated from your answers. Free to start, and it installs from your browser.
